hlo docter my baby girl is suffering from cold and cough..and she got the feaver around 101 what to do and what medicine should we use

Fever is when the temperature of the body goes above 99 degree fahrenheit and the safest medicine in such situation is paracetamol which can be repeated after 6 hours again if required in a proper dose . Alternative medicine can also be tried if requigyred like ibuprofen and mefenamic acid preparations.
cold sponging of thye whole body with tap water can be beneficial too to bring the temperature down .
