ExpertNiharika PandeyPediatric Dentist4 years agoA. Hi sometimes kids show a little delay in getting their first milk teeth. it's normally seen as kid's can achieve their milestones at different timings. so don't worry at wait till 15-18 months. first milk teeth can erupt anytime soon.
