Not necessarily because lactose intolerance is something which can lead to lose motions and constant vomiting stomach infection does does does not happen because it is not affecting the intestine in a manner where the infection will happen so it could be associated with a feeding bottle when you don’t maintain hygiene or cleanliness with the bottle but otherwise not because of lactose intolerance
