Q.

hi doctor.. my son age is 2 months 20 days. he diagnosed as lactose intolerance, since he has bacterial infection last wee and has mucus motion. doc advised to give lactose free formula... but I worried for not give breastfeed. please suggest what to do for overcome from this lactose intolerance along with breastfeed.....

A. this is only temporary secondary lactose intolerance within one week to 10 days baby will have once again can take normal milk you can feed the baby afterwards o k
