Q.

hello dr. my 3 month old son diagnosed as secondary lactose intolerance.. due to stomach infection. he is on breastmilk only and he won't take lactose free formula.. because of breastmilk he developed with watery poop, gas issue and stomach cramps. now my question is can I give lactase enzyme drops to him for lactose intolerance..
