Q.
hello dr. my 3 month old son diagnosed as secondary lactose intolerance.. due to stomach infection. he is on breastmilk only and he won't take lactose free formula.. because of breastmilk he developed with watery poop, gas issue and stomach cramps. now my question is can I give lactase enzyme drops to him for lactose intolerance..

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl2 years agoA. If your doctor advises you definitely can but honestly if you are not having sufficient breastfeeding you go for another good brand of lactose free milk and start with a homeopathic treatment in the meanwhile that is going to be beneficial for you
