hlo Doc I am pregnant it is my third month but test shows me high sugar can I eat dates please tell me. thank you.

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. No dates are full of sugar and so better to avoid and consult a nutritionist and get a diet chart made and follow it strictly abd drink plenty of liquids
