Because of the hormonal changes post delivery there may be laxity of the muscles and fat content increase.
You should not worry just do some calorie restriction specially for sugar and fat which should be avoided in excess and do regular exerciste for muscle strengthening which should be gradually increased . Also take plenty of liqhuids and give proper breastfeeding to the baby which will also be beneficial in management of the weight .

If You delivered 8 to 10 months back and you are no more exclusively breastfeeding the child then you can definitely go ahead with any kind of workout and dieting also whenever you post a question please also mention when you had your delivery what was the kind of delivery and all that helps in understanding in helping better
