Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 5 m old boy1 Year agoA. always apply oil in the perianal area / diaper area which will help in decreasing the rash.
for normal rash you can apply coconut oil and if it is increasing then go for different rash cream which is available in the market like rashfreez / ezinapi / b4napi / zincal.
if there is erosion of the skin and some bleeding is present then add t-bact cream to the diaper rash cream.
if still notz improving then meet your doctor.
