Hiw do i know my breastmilk is enough for 1 year old baby??

A. when the weight gain of the child in one month is more than 700 grams or 800 grams and the urine output of the child is more than 7 times in 24 hours then that means that your breastfeeding is more than enough

A. Hello ma’am If your child has feet properly and does not ask for another feed or any other food article for minimum two hours that means whatever field you are providing to your child is sufficient for the baby but if your child is asking for a feed more often maybe in one hour or so that means your feed is not sufficient
