Uma RamMom of a 7 yr 9 m old boy1 week agoA. Hello good morning !! Due to improper and irregular brushing and having sweets,chocolates,frozen foods spoil teeth. Avoid sweets,sugar processed foods and chocolates . Brushing twice a day and rinsing the mouth with water after every meal helps .
