Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. s normal in the baby u In small babies the head will be having largest surface area so there will be more blood supply and palms and soles will also have more blood supply there will be sweating to regulate body temperature it is not fever

ensure baby is well hydrated give frequent feeds to baby
ensure you dress the baby according to the season
