hiii there. mere baby 3.7yrs ka h. 2 3 days se uska forehead ko touch kar ne se thoda temperature feel ho raha h aur kavi kavi back v temperature feel ho raha h. par thermometer me temp thik h. aur baby v active h. kya kuch problems ho sakta h????

A. hello check for the temperature using the thermometer and if it is normal then nothing to worry and otherwise you can give paracetamol and any concern check your doctor and she will be able to guide your accordingly and nothing to worry
