hiii my baby is 20 days old he is going to motion frequently in small watery form and has gas sounds what should I do

A. Hello, your baby boy is newborn just 20 days old and he is pooping frequently with little quantities and froathy texture so it’s very normal for his age so don’t worry

A. do not worry it is very common during the initial few days and if you are giving only breastfeeding do not worry about it but if you're giving outside milk then there is always a possibility of infection and digestion problem
