Hello doctor, my son is 3 months old, he started to make green colour motion from 4 days onwards. It's in green and watery form with yellow seed form. After taking breast milk he will do motion with little sounds. More then 6 times he will make motion. Is required to consult doctor or is it common...? Thank you.
