hiii mam, my baby girl age is 2 years 1 month completed, she is having fever and cold.i have pacimol ds 250 mg medicine and t-mimic syrup, please suggest the dosage,and how many times can use per day,and food items.

A. give paracetamol 250 mg 2.5 ml to 3 ml in every 4 to 6 hours.. give them minic syp 2.5 ml two times a day.. Give steam inhalations 4 to 5 times a day for cold and cough, use baby vicks, use nasal drops for nasal block.
