hiii, I have twin babies boy and girl ..they are 1 year old...girl is fussy eater and don't eat food and throw it out like spitting ...I tried various recipe then also...also she doesn't drink water ..whenver I try to make her drink water she start crying ...both are formula milk ....pls help...

A. Hello mom as they are now one year and above would suggest to stop formula and opt for cows milk now , get some age appropriate books and read or sing while feeding and make meal time a fun time for them
