Q.
hiii.... I have c-section delivery and from that day I started my periods with heavy flow and its continuous flow from 1st day of delivery to 35 days of delivery and after 36th day I'm clean and then after 1 week it should be lightly started bleeding is that okk with it or not???

ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 4 years agoA. yes the periods may remain a regular for a few months after the delivery you just need to maintain proper health with regular daily walking good nutritious diet and adequate water intake

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl4 years agoA. Its Okay but still you should get a check with your gynaecologist once because once you have already been clear and if the period is happening suddenly after one week even if it is light spotting and you should not take it lightly
