Q.

Hiii I am mom of 4yearschild.still now we have not planned another baby.some times we use protection but once in a while a feel tension about my periods.my periods are regular still now.still we didn't plan for another baby.what is the best way for birth control???

A. Copper Ti insertion is a good method and whenever you are willing for pregnancy just remove it and after 3 months gap you can try for your next pregnancy to be conceived
