Uma RamMom of a 7 yr old boy3 years agoA. Hai good evening !! Check if baby is teething - Mild fever, motions, crankiness, rejecting feed, hard swollen gums are symptoms of teething.. Soothe baby gums with teethers, soothers,give semi solids, fluids (warm soups), finger foods to ease from gum pain.
Observe baby taste preference and feed.
Fruits and vegetables, puriees, mashes, cerelac, dal kichdi, oats, Dalia porridge/kheer/upma, idly, roti/mashed rice with rasam/dal/curd.
