hiii doctor ihave a doubt.my baby girl is 4years she is not weight gaining but she is full active eat everything but no weight gaing

start iron calcium and multivitamin regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day as diet alone can't meet nutritional requirements of a growing child

It Could probably be due to some deficiencies in the body so the required you can always take an assistance from your doctor on that the doctor would be able to give a clear guidance as to what kind of deficiency is the possibility that which is why the way it is not increasing after eating well
