Hiii doctor I have already 11month baby boy but again in 10th month I can pregnant so we both decided then took abortion pills so in this present situation can I give breast milk to my baby boy is it good for my child health . Please suggest

A. if you are taking pills on your gynaecologist advice you must also consult the doctor regarding giving feed to baby.. as some medicine should not be taking as breastfeeding.. take care..
