Q.
hii.. why most of the doctors are saying no to feeding bottles. Actually this question was raised by my mother. she used to say this' when you were child I gave you milk and water in bottle only. but nowadays doctors are refusing it '. And am mom of twins 7month old. I don't use bottle still now. so we need to know wats the reason behind this.

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist2 years agoA. Dear mum, Bottle is risky for your twins because in spite of good cleaning bottle can cause many infections in the baby. Due to easy availability of milk a baby gets habituated to bottle-feeding & subsequently refuses to feed at the breast. Bottle can also cause problems with teeth & can have deleterious effect on mother-infant bonding.
