hii...when I was hospitalized last week, vein flow lagate time needle out gayi thi waha par ab ye aise circles dikh raha hai. is it normal

No this would not be normal but sometimes Neil is definitely normal over there swelling can happen but this kind of thing is looking more like cells in the body so you should do a cold compress as of now and apply Thermophob tube three times in the day still if you do not feel subsiding then consult your doctor
