hii, what are the safest sitting and lying positions after c section delivery?

ExpertDr.Sabiha AnjumObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. hello dear don't sit on the floor until 6 months after delivery and also don't bend until the same time.you can sleep on any positions except on your tummy for atleast 8 weeks
