hii sir mera baby 3 month 13 days ka h uska waight 4.300 g h me har ik do ghante me feed krati rehti hu milk supply bhi theek h fir bhi baby ka waight q nhi bad rha h me bht tens hu sir PLZZ kuch btayi jisse mere baby ka waight bad jaye

A. Dear mum, what was your baby’s birth weight? If your baby is active, playful, achieving all growth milestones, passing urine more than 7 times in 24 hours, gaining adequate weight at least 500 grams per month then it indicates good health. For healthy weight gain, continue to exclusively breastfeed your baby till 6 months complete. At one episode of breast feeding feed from only one breast so that baby receives fat rich hindmilk which will help in weight gain.
