hii sir /mam i delivered baby on 31 march. is it ok to use ceiling fan after c section .is it true that if we use fan after delivery weight will increase and it will not loss?

ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. no no .its hot you can ude fan and AC both ok.relax.Try to cut on stress and un due tension. Eat more of fruits and vegetables and lots of fluids too daily

It is not true.
U can sleep under the fan. There is absolutely no problem in that.
Feed after every 2-3 hours interval or when demanded by the baby. Exclusive breastfeed ur baby till six months
