Hii sir/madam, Iam giving multivitamin(zincovit) syrup for my kids everyday morning after food,Now can we give Clevira ayurvedic syrup at night time 1.will it cause any side effects/shall I give r not? 2.How to give steam for kids? 3.what things should be added in stem water? 4.Healthy diet for kids? 5.Can we give milk 2 times a day?

A balanced diet is good enough for the kid. there is no need to give clevira syrup
Steam can be given the same way as it is given for adults. nothing to be added to steam
Yes, milk can be given 2 cups a day .
A diet which comprises of all food groups like whole grains, pulses, milk, paneer, egg, fish, chicken, nuts, Vegetables, fruits is. a healthy diet

Ma’am The other supplement that you are talking about is completely Ayurvedic so you should consult an Ayurvedic paediatrician before you start giving it to the child and of course you should give milk at least 2 to 3 times in a day if you possibly can it is very healthy option to be given and if it suits you you can add a little bit of turmeric also to eat and healthy diet is the same diet that you are eating on an every day basis
