A. If your 14.5-month-old baby is experiencing cold and cough but does not have a fever or severe symptoms, it's generally safe to proceed with vaccination. However, if her symptoms are more severe (such as high fever, difficulty breathing, or persistent coughing), it's better to postpone the vaccination until she has recovered. It’s always a good idea to consult with your pediatrician before deciding, as they can provide personalized advice based on your baby’s specific health condition. In most cases, a mild cold or cough without fever typically does not require postponing vaccinations.
