include whole grains, millets, dals, pulses, sprouts, milk and milk products, seasonal and fresh fruits and veggies, healthy fats in minimal quantity and adequate water for hydration.
add small mid-meals inbetween after every 2 hours interval and stick to the same.
avoid outside junk, processed and fried foods, carbonated beverages, excess salt, sugar, fats and refined flour recipes.
you can also start with walk, exercise and yoga.

You Should start doing yoga regularly it will help you to lose weight fast. Yoga is very effective of losing pregnancy weight. Do yoga at least for 40 minutes every morning. Rather than this cut the calories intake and add more fibre and protein is in your regular diet it will also help in losing weight fast.
