Q.

hii...my son was 25months old he can speak what we can say and he can reject say no by using head but he can't call anyone what was the reason

A. that seems fine for age. this appears to be fine as now told here but still if you are worried about this then best opinion can be taken by nearby doctor s help about this issue .
