#AskTheExpert My nephew is 2yr 3 month old. He started to call us by names appa, amma, acha when he was 1.5 yr old. Now he has no any improvement. He don't speak some words he used to speak earlier, even if we try to make him say also he won't speak. Now he communicate with us through actions and make only sounds like aah, mm, rest all he only show actions and if we ask him to speak he will say 'NO' by shaking his head.
