hii my son is 4 month old he turn right side and fold his body and make sound of pain and spill milk he always do this when he turns right side plz tell me is this only gas or something else

Frequent burps during and after every feeding can keep air from building up in your baby's stomach.. Follow feeding with 30 minutes in an upright position. Avoid immediate active play or use of an infant swing.
Avoid over feeding.
