Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Dandruff is mostly because of dead skin over the scalp which can lead to itchy skin . It could be because of some pathological conditions too.
Common causes are improper shampooing maltnutrition fungal growth sensitivity to hair products sebborrhoic dermatitis .
Proper care is required with medicated shagmpoo maintain a good hygiene and proper hydration .
Consult a doctor for more severe condition .

Spoo shampoo is the ideal shampoo that you can go ahead with as of now for your child along with that also I would like to tell you to proper proper hygiene into the scalp of the child that is also going to be quite helpful to do reduce out the issue that the child is going through
