Q.

hii...my daughter is 17 months old...& her weight is only 7.5 kg....how I improve her weight...I m very worried about her health...plz suggest some weight gain food

A. Dear mum, you should give a homemade balanced diet to your 17 months old child. Include all seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. Add ghee to every meal. You can give eggs and non veg food. Add nuts like almonds and dry fruits like raisins and dates to baby’s diet. Give 500 ml of full cream milk and milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. Give top food 4 to 5 times a day and up to one katori every time.
