hii my daughter got small cut on her tongue ...so should I gave her tr vaccine..she is 7 months old

A. With which thing the cut has come that is not clear to me is your child already having teeth or is it because of the same because we do not know the reason but it would be great if you get it examined by the doctor physically once for better clarity on the situation
