Jasmine KaurMom of a 9 yr 4 m old boy2 years agoA. Hello dear parent, for dry skin you should massage his skin with coconut oil or Babyhug massaging oil on the affected areas. Also you shouod apply lotion Q twice in a day. As that Woukd also help in removing dryness from the skin. Good luck and take care
