hii my baby is 8 months old ,her mouth and tounge has white patches it's increasing day by day but baby looks normal plzz suggest me what is this and what to do for it

A. if the child is having any kind of white patches over the mouth and tongue it may be because of some fungal infection this is oral candidiasis so consult your doctor once for this
