Vritika AroraMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hello dear dip a soft cotton cloth or Muslin cloth in water and squeeze the access water make sure the water is drinking water and wrap the cloth around your finger . now gently clean the whiteness on the tongue with your finger do not penetrate your finger too deep into the mouth
