RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl3 years agoA. It I think would be dirty either use a tongue cleaner to clean the tongue of your child or a toothpaste and toothbrush as it could be an oral thrush as well in that case you can apply candid be mouth paint on to this regularly to get rid of it
