hii my baby is 3 month 18 day's old can I have drink of mix ajwain,jeera and sounf. is these things increase breast milk please tell me I need something

Vritika AroraMom of a 5 yr 2 m old child4 years agoA. Hi dear mom Yes u can have the mixture of the three. This will help to increase ur breast milk. U can also include raw papaya (green) in ur diet to increase bm. The more u feed the more milk production will be there.
