hii my baby is 2 months old his weight is 4.3kg he is not gaining weight what to do?? im giving him aptamil formula

A. Namaste Mom, Monthly weight gain is expected in the range of 400 gm to 1 kg and by age of 4 to 6 months they double their birth weight

A. Average weight for two months is approximately 5 kg. Please continue breast feeding atleast a minimum of 4 month which will be helpful for the baby to get good immunity power for the baby in future. As a feeding mother you must take high calorific value foods and non veg item ( sea food is good to get more breast milk)
