Hii my baby is 2.5 months old and she passes stool every time with urine what to do plz help

A. okay no problem in passing stools some baby will be passing very loose motions event 10 to 12 times per day in first 3 to 4 months of age no need to worry if the baby is having proper weight gain passing urine at least 8 to 10 times
