hii my baby is 19 months old now. and my stomach bloated a lot can I use abdominal belt now to get flat tummy

ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 1 Year agoA. there is no use of wearing abdomen belt at this time as it will not help to reduce your tummy fat as well as not to reduce the gas in stomach so it is better to do exercise regularly starting with daily walking
