Uma RamMom of a 7 yr 2 m old boy3 years agoA. Hai good morning !! If baby doesn't have fruits directly then give as fruits salad,smoothies, flavoured yogurt.
Observe baby taste preference if he likes sweet then offer banana, ripen Papaya, water melon,musk melon, Chikoo, sour then orange, straw berry,kiwi,lichi.
Fruita rich in fibre, vitamin, minerals helps in metabolism.
