Hii my baby got mouth ulcer on roof of mouth 2 weeks! Ack and cured almost but now she is having tiny black or dark spot on that same place and i am applying zytee RB gel and multivitamin syrup but she is not having any pain and eats everything it will get cured Right I'm worried a lot please help me
