my baby is 24 days old. she has white colour many spot in mouth. it seems mouth ulcer. what should we do?

A. cant be a mouth ulcer in such a small baby. it must be milk residue mostly. just put your clean finger and wipe it away while giving a bath. if it still doesn't go away in a day or 2 then better to consult your pediatrician itself once. nothing to worry.
