Q.

hii..my baby boy is 3 months old....I had a caesarean ...in Nov 2020....and the same month I got my periods....and till now they are regular....my mil was saying it is not good it will affect your breast milk....they should come after 6 months.............is it true??

A. there is a phenomenon known as lactational amenorrhea but many times periods can come in between so kindly do not worry about it and just continue to give breastfeeding. .

A. hello it is normal and absolutely nothing to worry about..some moms can get back their periods immediately or within few months after delivery while some moms may not have as long as breastfeeding their baby which is absolutely nothing to worry about
