Hii my 2 year old daughter is having small pimples on her hand since many days i have consulted the dermatologist using moisturiser but still not healing ,,do i need to consult a pediatrician or what might b the readon for rash and itch

Would you like heat pimple or allergy currently I don’t know what cream and lotion you are using but try using calamine lotion that should be helpful and if it doesn’t help then you can check with your paediatrician and if needed conducted test to know what kind of an allergy or infection your child may be suffering from
