hii mere beta 20 months ka hai wo 3 , 4 days se khana thik se nhi kha raha tha aur aaj morning se avi tak 6 time potty kiya hai aur bahut bad smell karta hai aaj kuch vi nhi kha rha hai kal main first time pediasure diya tha main kya karun

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. give neopeptine drops to the baby Please give zinconia syrup to the baby 5ml 2 times a day along with enterogermina tubes to avoid dehydration in the baby advisable to give adequate ORS coconut water and buttermilk
