A. Hello Include protein rich foods like milk, egg. paneer, curd , fish eat green vegetables, fruits & nuts like Almond cashews walnuts daily Also avoid fried, sweet, sugary, junk foods

A. good morning you should try to take all season fruits and vegetables except papaya you can have all food prepared at home try to have milk and Milk products dry fruit coconut water eggs milk supplement like Horlicks
